timeliness or accuracy of listing properties offered via any medium. All
information should be individually validated. The University reserves the right to decline to register a property or delete
a registration of a property on the accommodation referral database at any time
without notice to the registrant. The University shall not be liable to the
registrant for any loss or damage arising from any such act or omission by the
University. Registrants should ensure that their properties are advertised in
appropriate commercial publications.
